I just received my replacement controller. I downloaded the program and have uploaded the old remote programing with out a problem.
When I try to upload to the new remote it says Error 110-17UU-004 com port setting. I have tried all eight com ports and receive the same message.
Just so you know my old remote has an FCC ID of 0Z5URCMX700 and the new one is the same except for 850 as the last three digits.
Any help would be appreciated
Downloading works to the old unit no problem.

It Works. I reupdated the software and it worked.
