I can not get the remote to program the cable box. Does anyone have an idea how to get it to work? URC said update coming in a few weeks but who knows! Help!

The DCT6416 codes work fine for me. You just need to learn in a couple buttons.... or you could just look under Verizon on the cable list :) They have the FiosTV box listed there.
