Sorry if this is a repeat - I searched and couldn't find an answer to my question.
I have a UR2 - CBL - CV04 remote and my provider is Cablevision. IO Digital Cable on Long Island.
When I press the INFO button I get on-screen information on the channel and the name of the TV show. When I press the INFO button again it gives a description of the tv show but it usually ends with ... meaning there is more information.
How do I retrieve the rest of the information? I called Cablevision and they didn't know.
Thanks!

Jeff, my SA8300HD cable box (TWC) does the same thing, as has every box I've ever had before it, going back yrs. There are other oddities, such as the names in the PPV movies for the actors and directors will often be cut off or backwards (last name first). I think it just must be some glitch between the way the boxes are setup by the manufacturer and the info the cable company is sending.

I have a Time Warner Cable Scientific Atlantic 8300HD and it works perfectly with a MX-810? Hitting info once gives me the channel and program currently running, hitting it twice give me the show and a brief description of the Ep, then hitting down on the page +/-, gives me the rest of the info? If it doesn't work, you either have bad box, or a bad remote/programming.

First off, this is the wrong forum to ask this question. Secondly, if you go into the guide and hit info, the full description will be there, sans the ...
