I have been working on programming my MX-810 and found that some of buttons or commands on the "Help" screen do not work.

For example, I programmed an activity to watch a Blu-ray. If the activity does not complete, I push help and all the power and Pioneer Plasma input buttons work. When I get to the last screen about my Pre-Amp (Outlaw Audio 950) input, the IR code does not work, the button does not beep. If I exit the "Help" screen, go to devices and select the Pre-Amp, the input changes as needed.

Any suggestions or similar experiences? I like the 810 over the 980 because of the help feature. I am currently running ProWizard Rev 1.0.018.

Thanks for the help... no pun intended.

I have also had the same problem, I suspect we have to wait for a firmware update.
