Went to clients house today and none of his 4 remotes would execute any macros, went to rack and the emitters were flashing, as was the blue status light on the 400. Unplugged unit then plugged it back in, worked fine after that. Has this happened to any of you? What would cause it? I have only done a few of these, dont know how often this may happen. Thanks

why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time! |

Unfortunately this has happened three times in my system over the past month. It appears to happen when I hold the volume button(s) down to raise or lower the volume. I am using an MX-980 remote.
