I just bought a new HR21-700 directv reciever and it came with a RC64R remote. The remote worked alright, but while trying to program the remote to work with my other electronics, I accidentally deleted the code to run the HR21-700 receiver. If anyone could give me the 5 digit code to re program it i would be extremely grateful.

If were set to the default codeset, its 00001. If the receiver is set to RF, you have to marry the remote with receiver:
1. sat
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 0 0 0 0 1
4. sat
5. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
6. enter 9 6 1
7. press CH UP
8. enter the last 6 digits of the receiver ID #, found on a sticker in the access card compartment
9. press SELECT
