Hi guys,
I'm running Vista OS on my laptop and the launcher seems to download but then when it asked to update I said yes and nothing happens. I can't seem to even open the launcher. Is there special instructions for Vista.

Try using "Run as administrator".

Had the same problem getting the update to work. If you run as administrator, it works fine. Also note you will have the same problem saving files. So you will either need to save them to a user directory (safer), or always run as administrator (not so safe)...
Oh and another thing. Plug in the remote BEFORE you start the software. Otherwise you will have to save the project shut the editor down, replug the remote and start over (maybe just a Vista thing, but it's what I see here).

Even a better solution is to disable to User Access Control (UAC) in control panel / user account.
This will allow you to update as usual also.
