I have a MX 950 that I have used a lot over the last 2 or 3 years. Recently, the fast-forward button stopped working and will not fast-forward any of the the devices in my system. I tried re-copying the codes from my database and re-learning directly from some of the original remotes without success. Other than transfer the fast-forward function to a different less-used button, (which I have successfully done), are there any suggestions for a simple fix to this problem other than living with the problem or buying a new remote?

I would give URC a call on Monday and see what it would cost to repair it.
