mx980 connection problems

Trying to download a file on my new mx980 and i get check connection.Running in run as administrator mode and ive done many mx900s,etc with no problems.Im using vista..Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the software,did a live update and still get "no connection".Im supposed to program this for a customer on saturday..Any suggestions?

Check out this thread here in this forum. You may be having the same connection problems as the poster - cobbler- was having. He found out how to overcome his problem.
