1. DISH makes the hardware for Bell ExpressVu. You used to multiply the DISH model number by 10 to get the BEV equivalent (eg DISH 920 = BEV 9200 if I remember right). This has always worked for me. 2. Try issuing power off command by pressing the power toggle button twice in quick succession. So, issue command twice. This is how I power off my Yamaha receiver when it is otherwise just an on/off toggle. Somebody told me that was not exclusive to Yamaha - you might get lucky!
