I got my Level 3 May of 2009 and the Philips site still has me at Level 2.
Pronto team sent this reply:
"Indeed in the training area, you are still listed as Level 2, don’t mind about it, because the Level 3 is a more external activity outside the database, the system doesn’t except this (yet)."
Am I missing out on any content on the Philips site that is only available to Level 3 installers?
