Play back the wav files on your computer and hold your remote up to the speaker to download new devices to its modem. This is equivalent to the upgrades One-For-All would give you over the phone.

If you buy or build a cable for anywhere from $5 to $55 depending on your computer ports, OS and your soldering skills, you can download and upload all the devices in a matter of seconds with no wav conversion necessary. The cable method is much easier and much more powerful.
