I've done a quick Google on Provision Universal Remote and it's supplied a link suggesting a connection between it and an NSE URC22C-9.

Although the URC22C-9 isn't amongst them, there are a number of other NSE manuals available on this site (here). Hopefully of them will lend some assistance.
