He has another one of these in his bedroom and sometimes the cable boxes will change at both ends of the house from the other system! Can they be changed to different ID or frequency? The codes which have already been learned for the cable boxes (other installer) always send multiple button presses for the channels. This could be a real problem, because the boxes here are notorious for this. The lady of the house just today held instead of pressed the channel up button and sent the system into channel changing pergatory! I think I know my answer and they are not going to like it....
