This is GREAT. I get calls from a customer all the time along the lines of "Hi, you sold me this T-2C three years ago and for some reason the remote is not charging anymore".

It's as if a remote's rechargeable battery is a innovation or something. Since when do rechargeable batteries ever hold their charge after a couple of years of use? I am just glad I don't have to deal with the service calls for bad batteries.
