There are three ways to get a command onto a button. You can learn it in, you can copy and paste it from another device or you can load it in from hex.
thanks for the reply. What I mean by add a command it that on some of the buttons there is no function prebuilt in the coded remote. For instance the record button does not have a function but I want to add a command to that record button for a function (i.e. play) just as an example.
