Was wondering if anyone has had any luck programming an Olive Musica server.

It appears that the power on/off gets a parity bit tacked on to it, so that when I create a macro in either the MX3000 or the MSC-400 using the IRDB values, I can never get it to consistently turn on / off the server. It's never consistent, but more times than not, sending an OFF command to a powered on server does not turn off the server. I often have to repeatedly send the OFF before the server will successfully respond. It's very easy to get the server out of sync with the other equipment in the rack, especially with macros.

All other commands to the server respond perfectly.

I'm also curious as to what strategies other's might employ with parity bit enabled remotes to try and get around the bit that gets tacked on by some equipment.

Thanks.
