Solution from Dale:
I talked with the product manager for CCP for you. The problem you're experiencing is something he was aware of. According to him, we addressed it in an update to the MX-980 expansion pack for CCP, which doesn't get Live Updated with a normal live update. He suggests that you first Live Update CCP, then uninstall the expansion pack, then re-download the most recent version and install again.
IF that doesn't work, you'll need to uninstall CCP, then delete the CCP folder from your Program Files folder. Then re-download CCP and the expansion pack, and reinstall them.
Let me know if that works out for you. The product manager seemed pretty confident that reinstalling the expansion pack would take care of it.
Best regards, Dale
