Hi, I am looking for an authorized dealer/programmer in NYC. I had an installer set me up with 2 RTI remotes (T2-C and T3) a few years ago and he is no longer in the business. I need someone to sell me a waterproof remote and program it for my bathroom (running a russound and tv in the bathroom), and I also need someone to provide basic service, etc from time to time when and if any issues come up.

I checked with AVAD, the dealer listed on RTI's site, but didn't get very far.

Any one can help me out?
