I know I got the T2+ with the Designer software in May, 2006. Unfortunately, the dealer is no longer around.
The dealer probably burned a copy of the software that he wasn't supposed to give out, for you. Unfortunatly, there's not much you can do, except find another dealer in your area to come program it for you.
