I had installed 1.12 and could not get it to connect. When Auto Detect failed with the message "No compatible device found", I assumed the T2+ was not supported.

COM3 is the only port available under options (the rest are grayed out) but regardless of speed - Low, Med or High, it still doesn't connect. I've tried all 4 USB ports on my laptop, so I'm not sure what else to try.

The remote does go into "Computer Link" mode as soon as it's connected to the laptop, so that's a good sign.

You have a T2+ that uses the dealer only software. A T2 will not go into computer link mode when connected.
