I just recently did a video stream over ip to 4 k4s and 1 t4 with a axis video server and I found that the remotes were very sensitive to the size of the mjpeg window, it had to be the exact size that the ip device is putting out. I had the same experience with it working in ID emulator but not on the remotes.

On another note have you considered a DVR for the cameras that gives them access remotely and all you have to do is forward 1 port 80 to a single ip and they can access all of the cameras in a web interface or client software? Overall a cleaner solution and more secure for the network overall. just a thought.
