I have a KDL- 52V4100, and the codes listed above by mdavej all work, but some of the codes are ordered differently. It seems likely that the only difference between a 40V4100 and 52V4100 is screen size. If so, the following differences to mdavej's list may save you some time or confusion if you want to use discrete codes.
