In your case, you need to do this:

1. Press and release TV
2. Press and hold SETUP until the remote blinks twice
3. Type 9 9 4
4. Press and release SETUP
5. Type 1 0 0 5 3
6. Press and release "Video Source"
The remote should blink twice if successful.

If you want something really slick, put an "activity" macro on the button of your choice to turn on your TV (using the discretes above) and CBL (and even your receiver if you like) and pick the proper input(s). Repeat for your DVD, etc. You practically end up with a harmony for free ;-)
