Can anyone help? Installed a dual port serial card into my HP Vista os PC and Pronto edit 4 won't connect . When I try to update frimware it says that I don't have any COM ports on my machine. Pronto is an RU970. I think it might be something in the device manager as I can change a number of things. COM ports are assigned to number 5+6 and PC says they are working...obviously Philips think they aren't there!
