I just came from a job where the buider drill too large of holes in cinder block wall. So his alternative, toggle bolts and construction adhesive. Well they did not work. Thank god I was called in as when I looked behind TV, was hanging about half an inch off of drywall and was ready to fall on custom fireplace mantle then marble tile floor.
