They (Oppo) so far have made great DVD players, no reason to believe the Blu Ray player will be any different. We have installed a couple of them so far with no issues. As noted above the RS232 codes are available on their site and are pretty easy to deal with.
If your client knows of them and that they are sold on line, just add a handling + installation fee. It should get you more $ than you would have if you sold them a Sony or other brand.
