But from what I read older OFA remotes like producer 8's don't have the memory for the current Directv codeset, and 15-1995 is an older remote.

2. I ues the URC RF remote exclusively, I prefer the RF10 to the RF20, too much scrolling with RF20. I have up for sale 4 RFS100 sets, thts the RF10 & mrf100 combo, and cheaper then any where, now. :)

3.Have you given any thought of the Next Generation remote extender? THey replace a battery in the remote and turn IR remotes into RF remotes, they work great, I use them in my IR keyboards. THey come in 433 mhz and 418 mhz versions, I use the 418 mhz one so my URC RF10 and keyboard communicate with same basestation.
