I recently upgraded a client from an MX-900 to a T2-C...  He literally burned out the MX-900 as he is a smoker and there was so much tar and ash that the buttons no longer worked!

Anyway, I get a call at 6:30pm Saturday night and see it's from "Mr. M" and I think - "F..."!! 

My wife looks at me and says, "F..."!!

I say, "Hello Mr. M" and the first words out of his mouth from his speaker phone are:

"I've got two things to say..."

I say, "Yes sir".

He says,  "this is the best technological device I've ever owned!!

I say, "well great I'm glad you're enjoying it and we..."

He interrupts to say, "but this is the problem!"

I say, "Um, yes, sir" (in my mind i'm thinking how long will it take me to get home and grab the laptop and get out to his house....)

He says, "How the hell do I get the Fox News icon off this thing!!!"

... "not a problem Mr. M we can customize the favorite icons anyway you would like!!  We'll see you next week"
