I finally called Krell service and they told me that I can find all the info I need in the instruction manual. When I told them that there is no info in the manual they finally told me that the RC-5 jack takes a DC plug and it needs to be wired with the center as negative. I tried that and had no luck and I'm reluctant to give them another call seeing that they were difficult the first time I called. You'd expect better customer service for a $6,000.00 piece of equipment.
