Does anyone have a .mxd file with discrete IR Commands for a B&W Panorama for a URC MX-850?

B&W provides and IR database in DECIMAL: [Link: assets.bowers-wilkins.com]

How do I use these with MXEditor or how do I convert them into a working format?
