Do you have new batteries in remotes when trying to learn? Is TSU2000 fully charged?
Since you deleted the devices, might this be why you cannot control the new equipment? Have you read the ProntoEdit 4 manual available from the Files Section as well as the Pronto FAQ?
As Jim says, you have not given us much to go on here.
