Figured it out. DEVICE>PROPERTIES. Check box that the device has Firmware 2.0. Then Go to output tab and change to Two-Way Trigger Codes for Control System and the Two-Way Transport will be set to ZigBee.

I also had to find the check box on the XP-8 to tell it that there was 2.0 firmware.
