Hmm I have just similar problem. Can not connect to iconharmony.com. Tried firefox, ie and chrome. But as soon as i tried proxy, the site started working :/ For example
www.proxyt.net.
Really strange problem.
Edit: And now it's working witout proxy :D But I'm pretty sure that proxy did something cause it started to work right after that.
