I had a few problems with some functions for the 2500. Almost 90% was working, the other 10% wouldn`t. Finally I did a complete reset (again) and now everything is working perfect. For the people interested: on the web site from Marantz usa, there is an excel sheet for the BD8002 blu-ray player, which happens to use the same rs232 control codes as the Denon 2500 and 3800. This document is much more clearer on the exact codes, compared to the Denon rs232 description, so you dont have to work it out yourself.
