Assuming the Lutron is Radio RA then you need a RA-RS232 or Chronos. The RA-RS232 can be found cheaply on eBay often. Chronos units are harder to come by.

Is there anyway for the Philips Pronto TSU9400 to send/receive a RF signal? We also have the RFX9600 unit to go along with the remote and would like to some how be able to control Lutron RF switches (not IR, since the switches will be out of our "line of sight").

How would I go about getting around this?
