I could not find a documented or obvious way either. There were very few things I regretted losing when upgrading from the older Pronto NGs etc to the 9200 but this was one of them.
In the end, a functioning remote is probably the most reliable way of storing the current configuration. Installers can go out of business or lose files. You could give clients CDs with the software on it, but they could lose those and any files on their system.
It would not shock me however to discover there was an undocumented way to upload the configuration (HW wise) but the current software (v 1.0) doesn't appear to have a way to handle it. Lets hope this is supported sometime in the future.
