I'm not sure where this fits into this discussion, but in the latest Sharper Image catalog, "September 2006" on page 67, there is a "Philips Modea" SRU 9600 pictured and priced at $129.95. Eight device, on-screen set-up guide (no PC required or possible? to get it going). I guess there will be different 9600's???
