You posted to the wrong forum but I'll try and help out. Your post really belongs in the Classic Pronto Forum.

You will need to download and install the Pronto Edit 4.0.2 software (latest release) downloadable from the Classic Pronto Files Section. In order to use this software, you will need an available RS-232 (COM Port) or a USB 2 serial converter (see the Classic Pronto FAQ for best recommendation on vendor). Once you have all the equipment together, you should run the software and open the Default Configuration File for the TSU6000. This file is installed in a folder where the sofware's EXE file is located.

Once you have this file open, download it to the remote. And, while you are at it, you might want reflash the firmware using the Tools Option from the software.
