As stated it before, there are not discrete power commands for those set top boxes. But with the RFX9600 you could condition the power command of such devices based on their state; (e.g. if ON, not power command will be issue). I manage to do it by using a 12 Volt power supply into the switch outlet of the back of the DTC6412 and the "Power sensors" in the RFX9600. That will take care of that!
