avtech,
Based on previous responses, I'm not sure that Marc fully understands networking. Mark, is there anyone (a friend) who can read the techie stuff here and get you up and running?
In the meantime,
Follow avtech's instructions for connecting with the cross-connect cable to a PC. When I did this, I had to must choose an IP such as 192.168.1.204 - make sure it does not conflict with the IP address of the RFX9600 (printed on label), a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, and then specify a gateway address of 192.168.1.0. This will allow the ethernet adapter in the PC and the RFX9600 to talk.
At this point, you should be able to open a web browser, type the IP address of the RFX9600, and then see the web page. If you have not done this already, you should also be aware that with the latest TSU9600 firmware, there's an equivalent Extender firmware package you should be running. If you did not upgrade both as a matched set, then this may be where your problem lies.
