Thank you for your suggestions,

The extender has a unique ip adress 192.168.1.201 and gateway 192.168.1.1. (the same address to startup the router software)
I filled in the same addresses in the Pronto software.
I attached the extender to another Vigor router and the same orange light at the Lan connector. So the router may not be the cause?
The extender already had the newest firmware, I renewed the update.
It is realy frustrating and a shame for Philips.
