I just purchasd a floor model vsx-9300tx A/V reciever. It did not come w/a remote. The factory remote from Pioneer is $140.00, so I decided to see what a pronto pro (maybe a 6000 or higher) would cost on ebay used. It looks like I can get one for a bit more than the factory remote. Since I've never owned a pronto, can someone tell me if it is going to be easy getting the pronto programmed with all of the features of the factory remote, WITHOUT actually owning the factory remote to use the pronto's learning feature? The factory remote model # is AXD7325, and it's listed to control the following models: VSX-45TX, VSX-55TXI, VSX-56TXI, VSX-1012K, VSX-2102K, VSX-9300TX.
If someone has a downloadable file for any particular color pronto pro, I could actually direct my ebay purchase to that particular pronto model#.
