The Escient Pages are not configurable. The only thing you can set is either the server name or IP address and name the device in your config. With the latest software/firmware release, you can also add actions to certain hard buttons in the Escient Device. As you don't yet have your equipment, you have some time. I'd suggest a search for "+Escient" in this forum and you will get around 48 hits.
Skim over the threads to get an idea of limitations based on certain Escient device types as well as the TSU9600 interface. The topic of configuring the hard buttons for the Escient device is also dicussed.
