Hey Folks,

I went to install a TSU-9600 and a RFX-9400 at a client's home today, and I'm pretty darn sure I had all the settings correct (I took the 6 hour training at A^%D a couple of weeks ago). Go to power up the RFX and it just sits there with the busy light blinking on and off, and the 9600 can't connect. Tried unplugging the RFX power supply several times, still no luck. Is this an RMA issue or could it be something else? I'm using stand-alone mode, so there's not a lot to configure here.

BTW, the worst part of all this is the utter lack of any kind of tech support from A^%D or Philips. I tried calling Philips on several different phone numbers. When I finally get someone on the phone, they tell me they don't support the 9600, and that I must call my distributor. I then call my distributor and he tells me that I need to contact Philips. It's so frustrating.

Dawn

P.S. Everything works fine via IR. I'm actually considering using a Niles emitter system instead of the RFX-9400.
