Blame the performance on Escient. My media player loads up 1731 titles in less than 3 seconds into the TSU9600. With regard to missing info, you should be able to reproduce this problem really easily by flipping back and forth between the Browser Page and the Player Page using tabs at top of display. I've reported an issue to Philips where they constantly send a Request Playing Info command when doing this. After a while, the remote may lockup. Use the 3-key Reset if this occurs

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that in the next 2 months, we will see another firmware update. I'm also really wanting to view my movies on the TSU9600 as well.
