Hi
Received my new TSU9600 earlier this week. Been working on the layout and set up and discovered early on about the Vista download problems. Have just installed the latest software on an XP machine and still having problems downloading.
I receiving the same message as I had with the vista machine "ProntoEdit professional cannot locate a compatable Pronto. Please check the connection". The USB Icon is displayed on the Pronto and the PC reconises it as a "hard disk".
The Pronto was purchased from the US but is being used in the UK. Software has been downloaded from the Philips website, removed and re-installed.
Any suggestions??
