The ability to do that has not been released to the general public by Philips. It does exist in certain applications either written by Philips or via information provided to them and only them by Philips. Philips seems to have two classes of developers, those they "support" (Us) and those they SUPPORT!
I am quite annoyed about this. It is not a proper way of doing business (IMHO) and might even violate some US restraint of trade laws, but I am not a lawyer and do not develop commercially.
