Are you looking for buttons for the 9600 or the 9400? They both are available out on Philips website located at http://www.pronto.philips.com. I know it is not ALL of the stations, however it has the majority of them covered. I know I found the majority of the DirecTV's stations using this gallery, and for the ones I could not find I just used Corel's Paint Shop Pro.

If you download the ones from Philips all you have to do is import the appropriate gallery into the ProntoEdit Professional software. Then be sure to check the "Buttons" tab of the gallery and you should see the new channel listings in there. These will also give you something to work with when creating your own channel icons.
