Hey Barry,
If your looking for a hardware device, look at the Draytek range.. (Not sure if available in the US)
I've been using them for years and they are rock solid stable products and they have a range that offer voip.
I'm currently using one that supports 2 dsl lines and load balances it at work.. Which is quite neat :)
